Andrew (Andy) Trakker, Jr. is Matt Trakker's brother. Andy is deceased. Apparently, he was murdered by Miles Mayhem.
He and Miles created the masks together. Andy wanted to use the masks to achieve 'peace on earth'. However, Miles wanted power.
