Baron Fritz Von Hauser is a minor character who appeared in the episode The Currency of Conspiracy.
Baron Fritz Von Hauser was the former Minister of Finance for West Germany. He was caught embezzling the public's money. Feeling disgraced after losing his job, Von Hauser hired V.E.N.O.M. to exact his revenge on Germany.
V.E.N.O.M. created a virus that wiped the ink on the German currency Deutsche Mark. Von Hauser made sure he exchanged 25 million in Deutschmarks for gold. After testing out the virus in a bank in Geneva, V.E.N.O.M. proceeded to build a machine that could blow the virus through one of the Swiss Alps mountain passes. Von Hauser received the honor of turning the valve to release the virus himself.
When M.A.S.K. arrived on the scene, V.E.N.O.M. leader doublecrossed Von Hauser by tripping him and grabbing his suitcase filled with gold bars. V.E.N.O.M. was soon defeated and Von Hauser arrested by the agents of M.A.S.K.
