Bruno Sheppard, a.k.a "Mad Dog", is one of the toughest and most dangerous V.E.N.O.M. agents. He has been convicted for kidnapping and brutal violence in hand-to-hand combat.
He sports a Mohawk haircut and tattoos on his arm and chest, and is depicted as more clever than his V.E.N.O.M. comrade Cliff Dagger, although sharing the same amount of brute force.
In the episode For One Shining Moment he reveals himself to be a master of disguise to rival Clutch Hawks, as he imitates the voice of Brad Turner and successfully disguises himself as Officer Sean O'Malley.
