Bruce is quarantined in a hospital after finding a man wandering in Alaska who has been exposed to a strange virus. Matt investigates the cause of the virus and discovers V.E.N.O.M. is melting down certain areas of ice in hope of finding rare traces of an unknown microbe found only in the tropics. Their main plan is to make innocent people sick unless they pay for the antidote. It's up to M.A.S.K. to stop V.E.N.O.M. and retrieve that antidote to save Bruce's life.

Conflicts[]
- In the opening scene when Bruce Sato finds Professor Ortook, Sato mentions it is "65 degrees below zero." Yet Sato isn't wearing a hat & what appear to be thin gloves. Whether Bruce is using Fahrenheit or Celsius, in the hospital, one or both men should have signs of frostbite, yet the doctor doesn't mention it & we don't see it.
- When Mayhem is laughing because M.A.S.K. is stuck on the ice, the black and dark blue highlights on his mask covering his chin swap places several times.
- As Dagger is chasing T-Bob outside, the back of his head turns all black, making his bald head appear to have hair.
- Gator's Electric Ouch gun is shot off by Jackhammer, but later when Jackhammer is hit by snow, the gun is back on the back of the Gator vehicle.
- After Matt Trakker tosses Mayhem's microbes into the fire, an animation glitch causes him to change position for a few frames making him seem to shrink and grow back.
