Buddie Hawks (also known as "Clutch" Hawks in Season 2) is a M.A.S.K. agent.

Master of Disguise[]

Buddie is a skilled master of disguise posing as ordinary everyday citizens and also has more ingenious disguises such as when he deceived V.E.N.O.M. by posing as one of their agents Cliff Dagger (episode 34).
