A power hungry millionaire named Wellick has hired V.E.N.O.M. to steal a machine that can cause ultra-sonic vibrations. Wellick wants to become vice president of the Netherlands, and if his demands are not met, he will destroy all of Holland's dikes. He only wanted to bluff -- too bad Mayhem never bluffs.
