Macey is a minor character who appears in the episode Disappearing Act.
Macey is a wealthy criminal with an interest in vintage cars, specifically nine of them that are on display in Mr. Ramsden's Auto Museum. He hires VENOM to acquire them for him. Among the cars are a Lamborghini, a Duesenberg and a Bugatti donated by the Matt Trakker Foundation.
Having stolen a prototype shrink ray from Professor Duncan's home laboratory, Sly Rax and Vanessa Warfield shrink the cars in size and then simply use a large magnet to pull them into a drainage grid. However, the prototype needs to recharge after being used three times, forcing the villains to collect all nine cars over the course of three consecutive nights.
After that, it takes some time for the shrinking ray to wear off. Only after all nine cars have been acquired and have reverted back to their original size does Macey arrive at VENOM's hideout with the agreed upon sum of money. He also brings a trailer with him to load the cars onto.
During the payment, however, several MASK vehicles crash through the hideout's door. Macey is aware of VENOM's competitors, as he recognizes the vehicles the same time Miles Mayhem and his henchmen do. Warfield uses the shrink ray to reduce three of the four MASK vehicles, and an uneven fight ensues.
During the skirmish, Macey is almost crushed by several large containers that are knocked over by Cliff Dagger's Bronco Jackhammer. He still manages to crawl away on all fours, and like the vehicles of VENOM, manages to avoid capture. Although he does not pay for his crime, Macey loses his money and does not get his hands on any of the vintage cars.
