Penetrator is Buddie Hawks' main mask. He wears it no matter as attendant at Boulder Hill and when he's driving and/or co-driving Firecracker or Hurricane.
Its main power allows him to pass through solid objects, as seen in Highway to Terror, when Rax shoots darts at him with his mask Stiletto. By activating Penetrator, Buddie becomes intangible to them. Other times, he passes on through walls and other objects.
