- There is an animation error when Brother Nickodemus says "It will not be necessary". His face drops down for a few frames while his eyes remain at the same height.
- Long before Matt Trakker gives the command for Spectrum Ultra Sound, the sound waves can already be seen coming out of the mask.
- The Golden Antlers are gone from Rax's hand when he is picked up by Switchblade.
- When Trakker steps into Thunderhawk just before the final battle, the windscreen still shows two empty seats inside.
- At 19:51, during Switchblade's transformation after its wings are shot off, the landing skids disappear for a few moments, then reappear.
- At 20:00, when the M.A.S.K. agents watch V.E.N.O.M. flee, Rhino's fender and tire are colored gray in stead of burgundy and black.
