- Gloria is introduced riding a red race car. In the first shot, she pulls up on a blue race car from the left, but in the next shot she is shown on its right.
- When Rhino is first seen in Rio de Janeiro, Matt Trakker is standing at its computer wearing his Thunderhawk outfit. In the next shot, and for the rest of the show, it has changed into his Rhino uniform.
- At the end of the story, when T-Bob makes a joke about fools gold, Matt Trakker is heard laughing loudly, but his face clearly isn't.
- During the safety tip, Scott warns T-Bob that he could suffocate when hiding inside a refrigerator even though T-Bob doesn't breathe.
