The V.E.N.O.M. Blimp was a vehicle piloted by Vanessa Warfield that was used in combination with the EMP Device operated by Miles Mayhem.
The vehicle served as both a way to house the EMP device and as an unassuming way to travel towards various targets on which to deploy the device.
V.E.N.O.M. first tested the Electromagnetic Pulse Device by positioning the Blimp over the Indy 500 race. When the device was turned on, all the cars and other electrical machinery came to an abrupt stop. Naturally Mayhem has made sure that the vehicles driven by his agents Sly Rax and Cliff Dagger were protected against the EMP's effects.
Their next target was the International Safe Corporation in Indianapolis to obtain a book that holds combinations to every safe and bank vault in America. The agents of V.E.N.O.M.'s theft went off without a hitch, but they were confronted by agents of M.A.S.K. (organization), who retrieved the book. During the fight, Mayhem turned up the EMP to full power, but it had no effect on the vehicles of M.A.S.K.
Thunderhawk proceeded to shoot the air out of the blimp, and it went shooting off into the distance, taking the overloaded EMP device with it.
